I've worked at multiple shops previously to Springhill Toyota and definitely have found a home. I love the strong sense of community and the ability to work with, instead of near, my colleagues. Master light maintenance like oil changes and rotations.
Experience: 0-1 yrs

Diagnose and take on all maintenance tasks and repairs.
Experience: 1-5 yrs
•Salary: $15-$27/frh*
Take on advanced maintenance tasks and be a mentor.
Experience: 5-15 yrs
•Salary: $25-$27/frh*
Work with customers to assess repairs, check warranties, and write repair orders.

•Salary: $45k-$100k+/yr commission based
